You are busy, busy, busy!!!

Do you need someone to help you on your path to a healthier life? Would you like to "GET ORGANIZED!" so you have less stress? Are you interested in health education or herbal instruction to help your family, friends, or other people in your life? I'd happy to schedule time to talk with you.

The consultation is a time to discuss one of these topics:

• Health- family, women, nutrition, food sensitivities, vegetable gardening
• Home Organization- personal productivity, family management, organizing coach
• Christian Herbalist Training- Discuss which level of the Christian Herbalist Training would suit you.

Remember, I am not a medical provider. I am an herbalist. Herbalists are educators who assist clients in supporting their wellness by providing information and resources. They use materials that help educate their clients (and themselves) about herbal safety. Herbalists can help assess the condition of a client’s body and its functions. They provide education on positive lifestyle changes, food choices, herbal support to ease imbalance and promote wellness. Herbalists develop researched wellness plans with suggestions to nurture the body and remove things that impede the body’s natural healing processes and ease symptoms.

Consultations with me are an opportunity to have support as you walk on your path to better health.
