Many women experience anxiety at some time in their lives. Anxiety is an emotion of fear or worry about common situations. This anxiety can stem from something good like a job promotion or from something bad like an unexpected health diagnosis. When there are life changes, it is easy to feel anxious. There are ways to support a body during times of anxiety.
Personal Story
I was about to walk into the office to my new job and I was nearly hyperventilating from anxiety. My personality likes a predictable routine, and my new job was not predictable at all! I was an admin for a very busy realtor and property manager. I needed to learn all the ins and outs of handling phones, arranging property repairs, filling empty rental properties, preparing contracts, advertising, filing, and so much more. That morning, I felt anxiety building, so I took a few slow, deep breaths. I began to calm down and get ready to meet the day head on. Thank goodness I had learned a tool that helped me fight my anxiety.

- A multi-vitamin which has vitamins, such as vitamin E, and minerals, like magnesium, calcium, zinc, chromium, and manganese.
- Vitamin B complex- Certain B vitamins affect moods and feelings related to anxiety. The ability to handle stressful situations depends on the daily amounts of B vitamins one takes in, since they allow the nervous system to function properly.
