Blog 55 Reading That Leads to a Healthier Life

by | Feb 12, 2018 | Productivity

Have you ever gotten lost in a good book? Many people can say that for fictional reading, but have you ever gotten lost in a non-fiction book? It can happen when you are encountering material that is new to you or that leads to positive changes. When choosing non-fiction inspirational books, it helps to have a list of books others have recommended. This blog is going to give you a list of health, nutrition, and household management books that will help you gain knowledge to lead a healthier life.

Personal Story

I love to read! Since childhood, I have “gone missing” and later found in a quiet place, deeply involved in a good book. Now days I limit my fun, fiction reading to summers. I mainly read books to help me lead a healthier life.

What follows are some of my favorite health, nutrition, and household management books. Due to space, I will list only a few in each category. It was really hard to choose my favorites.

Health Recommendations

Health is a group with a wide spectrum of topics. Besides that, ongoing research causes information to change often. Even though many older titles have time-honored information, I like to compare information in those with newer copyright dates. In many cases, the authors have written multiple books, but I will only list one.
