WELLNESS BLOG
Welcome to the LPW Wellness Blog where we post articles about healthful endeavors, nutrition, herbs, family health, women’s health, and pregnancy health.
When I write a wellness blog, my goal is to share what I am learning with my family, friends, clients, and students. I am passionate about being as healthy as possible personally, and I want to help others make informed decisions that will help them in their journey to better wellness. My intent is to educate families on many health and wellness topics and bridge the gaps between scientific research, traditional practices, and everyday life.
I consider it a form of continuing education as I use the researching skills that I acquired in my clinical herbalist training to stay informed about the latest research which can enhance my own health journey and the health of my family, friends, clients, and students. My hope in sharing my research with you, my friend, is that you will be inspired and motivated to adopt a healthier lifestyles that will lead to your own improved wellness.
As you read my personal stories, challenges, and successes, please think about people in your life who may also benefit from reading the wellness blog of the week and feel free to share the link with them so they can learn and decide for themselves how to experience a better sense of wellness. .
